To align objects to other objects

  1. Select the objects you want to align.

  2. On the Arrange menu, point to Align, then click one of the commands, or click To Object to open the Align dialog box for aligning objects.

If you chose a command, the objects are aligned.

If you opened the Align dialog box, continue with the next step.

  1. Click To Object in the Align Selection section.

  2. Click a vertical and/or horizontal alignment button. The preview box shows an example of the alignment.

  3. Click Apply to align the objects.
